Refund policy


  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



  • We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.




Damages and issues: 

Please inspect your order upon reception thereof and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take the appropriate steps to rectify the issue. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Items cannot be returned, such as beauty products. Please get in touch (info@skintellect.co.za.) if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges: 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds and South African cooling off period:


  • You have the right to cancel, without reason or and without the addition of any penalty, any transaction that you concluded via use of our Services and/or via our website, within 7 days of the receipt of any good/s, or within 7 business days after the conclusion of the agreement as related to the service/s as applicable. In this event of you exercising this right, we may charge you (which does not count as a penalty) for the direct cost of returning the goods.


  • If you have paid in full for the goods or services concerned, and cancel before the delivery of the good/s or the conclusion of the agreement as related to the service/s applicable, then you shall be entitled to a refund, which refund shall be made within 30 days of your cancellation request.


  • In respect of refunds requested after the cooling off period as per the above, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
